Appointment Cancellation and No-Show policy
We ask you to be considerate of the medical needs of others and call our office promptly within 24 hours of your appointment if you are unable to make your appointment time. This allows us to make your appointment available to another patient who needs an eye exam. Any No-Show will be charged a 50.00 fee. If you have any changes to your phone number, please contact our office so we can stay in touch. Any patient who is 15 minutes late to an appointment will need to be rescheduled.
